整合技术的学科教学知识，即TPACK，全称Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge。是教师使用技术进行有效教学所必须的知识。这一概念由美国密歇根大学Punya Mishra和Matthew Koehler于2005年首次提出。 该手册为AACTE创新与技术委员会于2008年出版的“…第一部全面介绍 “整合技术的学科教学知识”（TPCK）的著作，主要包括三部分内容：TPCK的概念内涵，TPCK在数学、科学、语言艺术、社会科、世界语言、艺术教育、体育等具体学科内容领域中的运用，以及如何将TPCK整合到教师教育中。 技术在不同学科的应用方式是极不相同的。然而，现有的教师培训项目往往只是让教师关注技术本身，而不是多样的技术在每一个学科内容领域中的独特应用方式。本书力求改变这一状况，改变教师的培养方式，改变当前技术在教育情境中的应用方式，促进从技术中心的视点转向真正的、针对每一个学科内容领域的技术整合。” 更多有关TPACK的内容参见： 2.
