Do you think change job frequently is a good thing?Why?

It’s hard to say,but I wander that why many people change their job,it’s unsatisfied,maybe they think this job isn’t what they think it is,or it’s hard and boring,they feel tired,change job frequently it reminds me remember that“00后整顿职场”,as 00后we have our own opinion,about choosing job,we always the job has more autonomy(自主性）,it gives us more happiness(快乐感）,so many people have difficulty in finding jobs and change job frequently.

And I want to say whether you change job or not,it’s your choose,you choose to change,maybe you will know what you really want,and you can find the right job for you.If you don’t like the job,but you stick to the job,maybe you will find different scenery and learn more.
